TechCity’s mission is to create opportunities for businesses that translate into jobs for the Hudson Valley community.

Our master plan anticipates the creation of thousands of permanent new industrial, office, educational and retail jobs. These may be with large established companies that share our vision and find TechCity – with its green focus, proximity to major markets, phenomenal infrastructure and community support – to be an ideal location to grow and prosper and build for the future. Or they may be with early stage and start-up companies – many in the green-tech sector – that we would work with in almost the same way a business incubator would. We can provide valuable business and governmental connections, and help start-ups – especially those who will generate “green collar” jobs – get information and access to government support programs.

Working side-by-side with US Senator Charles Schumer, Congressman Maurice Hinchey, County Supervisor Mike Hein, Town Supervisor Nick Woerner, Assembly Member Kevin Cahill and State Senator John Bonacic, we want TechCity to be an engine of economic growth – and green collar growth – for the entire region.
